Shipping Policy

We ship all orders using Fedex. You may select Express Saver (3-Day) or Standard Overnight and your shipping costs will be calculated based on the weight of your order.

Please note that Fedex carries surcharges, which can include one or more of the following: Fuel Surcharge, Residential Delivery Charge and Declared Value Charge.  You will see these charges included in your order on the line marked "Fedex Surcharge".

International Orders

We welcome international shoppers and are delighted to accept orders from the following countries through our web shop: Australia, Austria, France, Italy, Japan, Spain and the United Kingdom. To make delivery costs more affordable for our international customers, we only charge you 50% of the actual shipping cost and absorb the other half of the cost ourselves.

For orders to other countries not listed above, we are happy to fill them by email - please contact us at In your email, please include the specific name(s) and quantity of the product you would like to purchase (ie, Apricot Pinstripe Sarong Towel), along with your shipping address. If possible, please copy the product image from our website and paste it into the email. Once we receive your email, we will respond with availability and a shipping quote.

If you are satisfied with shipping quote and would like to proceed, please respond with a confirmation email. We will then email you a Paypal invoice, which you may pay by Credit Card or with a Paypal account. As soon as we receive payment, your parcel will be shipped by Fedex International Priority (3-5 days). Allow 2 days for processing prior to shipment.

Returns Policy

You may return new, unused items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. Then follow the instructions to package and ship back your products. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and processed the returned item.

Refunds are typically processed within one week of receiving your return. Please note that it may take 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
