Smudge Wands

Smudge wands have been used as cleansing and purification tools for thousands of years. Many cultures incorporate single or multiple feathers when smudging dried herbs (usually sage) or incense. Smudging rituals vary in complexity from an intimate private home cleansing/meditation to large public purification ceremonies. The wands are used to move the smoke towards the person, item, area to be cleansed or to remove negative energy from a space. When not in use, these smudge wands look beautiful on a shelf, standing in a vase/jar, or hung on a wall.
